MycoCrop's goal is to provide you with a simple, yet flexible, solution to help you manage and maximize yields of mushroom crops. This is done by focusing on the lifecycle of a crop to track the variables effecting it.

Crops begin with an inoculant being introduced to a substrate, such as a grain jar, which is eventually transfered to another substrate for incubation and eventual fruiting of one or more harvests.

To use MycoCrop:

  1. Add your strains, substrates and inoculants, keeping in mind that you may use more than one substrate for a single crop (e.g. one for inoculation, another for incubation).
  2. Add a crop and then update it through its lifecycle.

Tip:

  • You're free to use any naming convention you'd like. Consider something short and meaningful. I prefer a combination of the abbreviated strain name and a unique number(s) like the numeric month, day and an increment.
